Is anyone else having problems with the live in business mod

I cannot get the open business option on my front door. I tried it all. Everything is updated (xml injector & live in mod). Localthumbcache deleted. Tried installing them manually and through curseforge. Tried adding the basemental venue list. Even reinstalling the whole game. I suspect xml injector to be the problem but I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. Anyone else who has run into the same problem?
