How to add Dynamic Light to Clothing
Want to add a Dynamic Light to clothing, so it will look like there's some sort of (flashing) light effect on your clothing, then this is the tutorial you will need.
OR take al look at Untraditionalnerd's written tutorial in the CAS Tutorial section.

Hello everybody,
Since there have been some changes to S4Studio since this tutorial was created, here are some steps you will have to do different then in my video:
• 1. First of all, and this counts for all my tutorials, you can almost always use PNG texture files instead of DDS, this will work much more easier. You won't need a plugin for it either. For this Tutorial though, DDS is required to make it flash.
• 2. At 2.01 minutes: Since S4S Harmony there's an emission map already added in the Studio tab under Textures. So don't click the warehouse button but skip ahead to 3.21 minutes about how to make the Emission map in Photoshop.
• 3. Then at 4.39 If you don't have an alpha layer because you're working with a PNG texture file, press the "Create New Channel button in the bar at the bottom of the Channels tab.
• 4. Finally At 5.31 save as DDS, Otherwise the flashing won't work. After that go back to Studio, go to the texture section and Import your emission texture.
• 5. Click save and test it out in game.
For a tutorial about placing only an image on clothing without the light effect, watch this tutorial: How to place an image on clothing
