[Modding Request] Allow Telescopes to give space prints.

Hello,

I found this website with the hope that someone will be able to edit the telescopes in the game as of the werewolves pack to allow for the collection of spaceprints.

I am in the middle of an astronomer playthrough, but its on the more low end of the technology level and the observatory just doesn't do, its by far too large.
