[Modding Request] Lot Trait that forces Yukata {Fulfilled}

Hi, could someone make a Lot Trait that forces Townies and Played Sims to wear a Snowy Escape Yukata/Kimono while on the lot. I don't know exactly how it works, but if possible, could it generate their outfit based on CAS items having a certain tag (I think the Uniform_VendingMachine_Yukata (69680) tag is an applicable tag, but I could be wrong), that way I could add the tag to CC yukatas and kimonos I download and they also be eligible to be chosen for sims on the lot? 

If anyone could fulfill this request, I'd really appreciate it!
