Is it possible to recolor the hospital gown and slippers? And make them continue to random in the game. Recolor or add some more .
I have tried to but I guess I need to do more than a usual standalone or override?
I hope someone would like to answer this so I can have a new go tomorrow.
Thank you!

Can you give me the name of the items you're working with or show a picture of them?

I made 3 recolors to test using the Add CAS Swatch option in studio but I don't know how to test it out to see if they show up other that have my sim be a doctor. I had one full day at the hospital but was only able to get one new patient seen. Do you know a faster way to see if they show up random? If they do end up showing up I will let you know that doing it this way is the way to get the recolors done.

Design4Sims I did 2 test with override and standalone and played some too at the hospital and they never showed up. But I might did something wrong. They was not proper made in texture either as I only wanted to see how to make it work first.

I have been playing all day and I used Add CAS Swatch option on these gowns and slippers I made for the tests to see if the random works. During the day I saw 3 slippers of 5 made of me show up and 3 gowns of 10 made of me. I did the test on only female adults. Maybe there is a way to change the random so it will change more often? But I think I will make some nice gowns and slippers tomorrow Now I must sleep.
