Close s4s, go to My documents, delete Sims 4 studio folder, then open s4s again.
Is this the only s4s you have on your computer?Are programs from previous attempts deleted?

Yeah there is no copy i delete/uninstall every programs named sims 4 studio everytime

I opened onedrive then connected my account and it repaired the whole thing i think the issue was that i kept it offline Thank you for your time and your help !

good afternoon, I also had this problem and I solved it by going to Windows 10 antivirus defender and it blocked me from starting the program so I unlocked it and now it starts
