Hi, long time no see I've recently updated my s4s after a few long months to the latest windows version (Star 3.2.2.5) After making a shelf I added a few deco slots but ran into a problem. When I try to move and offset the bones (in this case the deco slots) the Transform button doesn't work with negative numbers. I've tried one by one and in groups, both with the same result. I've also used the middle slash in the numpad and the one in the normal keyboard(?) but there's no changes. I've always copied either the b__ROOT or the transformbone bones when adding the first _deco_sml_, and after that I just start copying and renaming the same bone as many times I need. Am I doing something wrong? I didn't have this issue with the previous version of s4s I had (and I sadly no longer remember the version number.) Many thanks in advance

Hi. Do you use , or . ? try the other version. If wont work, try copy-pasting - from a working slot that already has it

Hi mauvemorn, thanks for replying! When using decimals I use . but my issue isn't with getting the slots to move in little amounts, it's with moving them "back", as in using negative numbers. I can make them move back by changing the number in the Position area slot by slot so it s4s does recognize negative numbers. My issue is when trying to use the Transform menu in the Rig/Slots tab. That one doesn't recognize negative numbers in both Move and Offset modes. I've also noticed that if I press enter after using the transform button (which is something I used to do a lot of consecutive times when moving slots by .01) the number is now missing when using negatives, but it still works perfectly when it's a positive number. I'm reinstalling the community tested version now to check if it works, but I've opened packages made with older s4s versions and tried to move their slots and it gave the same result, works with positive numbers but not with - Scratch that, I just noticed there isn't one anymore. Rats

If your chosen language uses a different decimal point, s4s will not recognise the number and won’t move the slot. The same thing might be with the hyphen and the dash, which is why I asked to try copy-pasting it instead. Didn’t get from the reply if you tried it, though

Okay, I got it now. I've always used my keyboard in Spanish and s4s in English but never got that problem before. I believe I tried with changing s4s to Spanish as well but it turned out the same. Gonna try with changing the keyboard's language through the language bar and copypasting now. Update, both ended up the same. Nothing.

Hi, andrew . What can prevent s4s from accepting negative values when it comes to slot position
