Hey everyone,
I'm having trouble with custom animations in The Sims 4. When I test them in-game, my Sim just T-poses instead of performing the animation. I'm using the latest Sims 4 Studio (3.2.2.5) and Blender (4.2), but I've also tried Blender 4.0 with the same result.
Interestingly, the animation works fine in Blender, but once imported into Sims 4 Studio and tested in-game, it fails. I even tried making a simple pose in both Blender 2.7 and Blender 4.2—only the one from 2.7 worked.
It seems like newer Blender versions might not be fully supported, but I'm not sure if this is a bug or something I'm doing wrong. If anyone has any insights or solutions, I'd really appreciate the help!
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the quick response! I completely forgot that I needed to link Blender to Sims 4 Studio—it's been so long since I last set it up. As you suspected, I still had the older version of Blender linked in the settings. I’ve updated it to the latest version, and the animation works perfectly in-game. I really appreciate you pointing that out. Thanks again for the help!

T-posing usually means the game can’t read the animation. Make sure you’re using the correct rig in Blender, and try exporting with the settings compatible with Sims 4 Studio. Writing a dissertation is tough, and I struggled a lot before I turned to academized.com/pay-for-dissertation for help. They paired me with a skilled writer who understood my topic well. The final dissertation was not only detailed but also aligned with the academic requirements. Their service made a huge difference, especially since I was running out of time. I’m glad I made the decision to use them.
