S4cc mesh layers? (Part of my mesh is see though) [Solved]

Hi, I'm having trouble with my cc project, where I tried to add a loose top as a mesh layer to a skin tight suit (altered wetsuit). However, after appending the loose top mesh to the skin tight suit mesh, the loose top mesh became see though. I tried changing the S4Mesh Tools "cut" to match it to the suit part of its mesh. I'm still figuring out how to use blender for sims 4 cc creation and how to navigate this forum, cordially.
