Hello!
I've converted hundreds of objects over the years, and have never come across this issue before.
In blender, the object is UV mapped correctly and it displays correctly (though I'll admit, that corner is blurry even in Blender). But when it's imported into S4S, it blurs and repeats some of the texture in multiple places. I checked my texture size and it's proper (and with mipmaps), so I have a feeling it's something wrong with the mesh or mesh settings.
and then in S4S
See how it repeats a lot of the textures and then blurs the major face? I can't figure this out despite having converted things for years.

Hi. In ts4 uvs must fit the uv space. As you see in your case they dont
