These are default paths, so click on ... next to Blender path and Game path to make sure right files are indeed there. If yes, try whats explained here in both repliesIf it still wont work, tell me what version of blender do you have

In My path i have 2.70
but i use 4.1

Try changing the path to blender.exe in blender 4.1 installation folder

Both 2.7 and 4.1 are compatible versions. You’re getting an “access denied” error, which usually happens when s4s or blender are installed in protected locations. Since you installed s4s and blender in program files during the installation process, this must be an issue of a different nature, maybe your system is overzealous about protection. So you need to give s4s permission to do anything as explained in a linked post above
if this still won’t help, try installing s4s in program files x86, which is the default installation path
