I used this tutorial: sims4studio.com/thread/16685/add-transparency-clothing-adding-new

Can someone take a look and tell me what I did wrong. I have linked my blender, package, pic in game and in substance.
I did the textures in substance painter and it looks transparent there. I don't know if I missed a step or the texture is not right.

I wanted the transparency on the bottom only, not sure if that was clear. See the image from substance.

In your case it is opaque like the rest of the garment

- open photopea or whatever image editing program you have;
- open your diffuse image there;
- select an area you want to be see-through;
- Layer - New - Layer via cut or google how to put a selection on a new layer in your image editor;

- select that layer and adjust its opacity;

- File - Export - PNG or save;
- download the package you shared and import this image there
