So I have this hair that stands up, like it's blowing, and I'd like to add animation to it. Just a little, so it looks like it's flowing. I want to use it for a ghost. I have zero clue how to do this.
I'd love some help :( <3

Hi. You would need to replace the rig. If you plan on sharing it with others, they would have to replace their rig as well. If you want to do this for yourself only, it would be more reasonable to do this in blender from start to finish, without the involvement of ts4
