im frustrated trying to convert Lin-Dians ear muffs for toddler and child. When I think i got everything right the texture is messed up and glitching, i heard someone say to use the warehouse and make sure the region map says base but i dont know what im looking for or how to even change it to say base

Hi. Almost all CAS items share the same uv space, divided into areas by category. Since ear muffs don’t have a separate category, the author put them into an area meant for something else. Judging by your description, a sim is wearing something that uses the same area as well, which creates the conflict of textures. You cannot fix this by changing data in the warehouse. Either remove the item that conflicts with these muffs or move uvs and textures of the muffs elsewhere.

The Warehouse thing was suggested because they tried cloning a hat.

If that is indeed the case, it looks like the meshgroup has Simglass assigned to it. Share both yours and the original packages please
