Zen Garden
This small Zen garden with candles is a conversion from Cassandre's' June Bazaar set. Two colours, black and white & blonde wood and dark. Small footprint, custom thumbnails. Find in lights for S35. Ploys: 1417. A small update to the candles, they should be brighter now, not as bright as a table lamp but they are brighter than before. The new files will overwrite the old. Thank you s4player for pointing out how dark they were

Cool Kitchen Fridge Recolours
I wanted a fridge and oven that was reasonably priced and provided decent food. I have never understood how expensive appliances magically make food taste better and more nutritious. So I took the expensive fridge tuning and put it in this one. So far it has worked well in my game. I don’t know if its unbreakable due to a mod I have but I did change it so it shouldn’t break. I also recoloured it so it has eight new colours too. Find in Appliances for S2000. Updated for Cottage Living

Cool Kitchen Oven Recolours
This oven has also had the expensive ovens tuning added to it. It too should also be unbreakable and has never broken in my game. Eight recolours to match the fridge. S1400 won't break the bank or add too much to the bills. Updated for Cottage Living

Leather & Linen Bed Set
I wanted something more masculine for my single sims men so I made this bed and dresser for them and I added some walls to to be seen in the following post. The frames are wood, blonde, warm, and black. The headboards, and drawers on the dresser, are padded with leather and linen. The bedding is soft smooth linen in simple colours that compliment the woods and leather. Wood, leather and linen combined for tasteful simplicity. Both have plenty of slots for books, lamps etc. Both have custom thumbnails. The bed has the highest stats; Comfort 10, Stress relief 10, Energy 10. Slots-19 small on the headboard and the bottom shelves. Polys 1075. The dresser has three medium and 20 small slots. Polys 490.      #bed #base game #leather

Terrane Leather Padded Walls
These walls are more sumptuous, they have panels that reflect more light making them more dramatic than the above walls. Eight colours, four have a high shine and four have a linen (matt) panel making the effect far more subtle. Custom thumbnails, find in Wallpaper and Panelling for S7. Plain Walls in Blues & Greens for Eco Life
I have been making walls and floors that hopefully lower my bills and help maintain my Green Neighbourhood status. Plain walls like these are available as base game set HERE These walls need Eco Life to show in game.
