So... Getting back on topic, I think I may try locking the rig again to see if that fixes the issue at hand. Other than that, any thoughts (related to why the rig would lay down rather than stand like it's supposed t0 & not other off topic issues?)

Oddy I think I get it now I looked at your pose in blender it and It seems like your not loc Roting compeletly I'll explain how I do this on mine it may help I do my locRoc a bit diffrently. I use Objects mode as well as final loc. give me few to write this up just in cause from pic's to show what I mean I'll edit this post when I get done. I also noticed in your pose it still standing on the y & z axis or the z & x axis in the link an for child it sould be standing on the z axis discribed just make sure you un-LocRoc beofre posing and make sure your not posing in object mode. Ok so after my pose is lock in LocRoc in pose mode (I do all my stuff manully) by clicking everything on blender bottom time bar. fig 1. so after You put your pose LocRoc in, I usually go to the timebar fig 1. put the pose in to " Object " Mode fig 2. then from Here I re-do the LocRoc process the same as In pose mode. but here i use fig 3. and use list go to locRoc and then press the lil key with out the Red line appearing thur it to LocRoc in place. now if ever want to un-LocRoc all the key manully You go up to fig 5 "Available" then move over the key frames to delete a key frames This should delete singal key frames selected from object and pose mode. to un-lock and press the little key with the red line running thur it and that will remove key frames. while your in "Object " mode. after you have place all your keyframe's wher you want and lock them down then you save as normal. ( I hope this makes sense ~.~: and hope it helps )

I haven't, no. I fear it's Blender giving me a headache that or I'm not following steps correctly enough. I recently attempted a new pose altogether for use with Andrews Pose Player but I can't get the clip to work. I'll come back to it eventually, but for now I want to play with something simpiler like recoloring.
