Note: I´ve tested the glitter with a huge amount of custom skins and it´s fine,
but maybe with some darker colors the shine looks more less as other skins. And some clothing the shine will look trough.

Update
I fixed the glitter that shows under the mermaid tails.
Changed the sortlayer to 2130.
Important You need Anto´s - Mermaid tail fix for CC skins
Works not with cc tails but if the sortlayer is 2150, it will work
Please redownload and replace the old file with the fixed one.
