You need to change the normal map (bump map).

Hi D4S, I finally figured that out haha however is it possible to have more than 1 bump map for each mesh? I don't want to have to have the object in my game twice, I just want this bump map to go with my new recolour but I can't figure it out :(

As far as my knowledge goes, if you want to have seperate bumps you need to have seperate objects. You can still make them group together under the same thumbnail in the catalogue though by changing the Prototype ID to match the original.

A single object can have more than one bump. You need to reference the bump in the Warehouse to go this route. If you try that and run into questions let me know and I can write a minitutorial showing how.
A CAS item is different because the bump is referenced in a different place but objects can have more than one bump per .package.

If you go to warehouse tab in sims 4 studio, you can find the file i put in red circle, this is bump map file, it what makes your shadows, you need to export it, and edit it for your needs, if you dont know how to do it, you can find tutorial about it in HERE, u can also just color all of it same color as the background, that will delete the shadows. i was thinking you already done that, but i see it still there, maybe u edit other file?

They edited that bumpmap and it's working in game until you zoom out from the mailbox.
I think The Lower LOD is pulling it's own bumpmap reference that for some reason or another Studio isn't pulling in or renumbering correctly. That would possibly be the only reason that when the mailbox is looked at when zoomed out it's having this issue. We note that the bumpmap supplied in this recolor works fine in game and the only time we're spotting issues is when zooming out.
