SO I chose an EA mesh hair to modify and after some tutorials and messing around the overall thing was supposed to be done, but when I import it to sims 4 studio nothing of what I did shows up. She's just bald and then with some hair falling on her back. I deleted some of the original hair, mixed it with another, only have 3 outliners and nothing. I even tried to merged those outliners but then I couldn't even import the mesh. Can someone help me please?? edit: I watched a recent tutorial and figured out what was the problem.

Thank you, but even changing those number won't help. do the outliners all have to have the same number? I'm fairly new at this and I don't even know what those numbers represent...

Hi deaatrin, I am not sure what you mean by "outliners"...could you explain that word a little? I wrote a tutorial showing the components of a Sims 4 hair and posted it HERE...I think reading over that will help you. This tutorial HERE goes over what cut numbers are and how to change them.

Well I'd say layers of the hair but since it's Blender idk what the appropriate word is. Yes, I read both tutorials, thank you. The LOD thing never even crossed my mind but when I exported both hairs (I'm trying to make one hair out of two meshes) they were both LOD 0, so I think that's not the problem. As for the other one, I went back to each original imported mesh and wrote down the GEOM number thing for each and then went to my last edited one and changed the numbers accordingly but it still didn't work. I've taken some printscreens to show you better what I'm talking about.. so two of those meshes are the long hair and this is how it shows up on the studio: I don't know what to do anymore, I had made the hair longer but not even that appears. Maybe I'm too inexperienced to try and blend hairs together but I wanted to try and I fought a lot with the vertices thing, I just wanted an eraser, but I won, I managed to delete some hair and now it's all for nothing!
