I made some recolors of the plastic looking living chair with brighter colors and a bit of fabric texture on it. They're causing a weird effect in game though. They have black shooting off of them. This black "aura" (for lack of a better word) happens when zooming in and out as well. Could just be my graphics card, but I don't want to put them out in the world if there's some fatal flaw with them. Thanks to anyone who can help    |

You know... I don't honestly remember. It was back on January 2nd that the .packages were created, and I just started testing them this week. Should I try making a new file in the latest version of Alice?
EDIT TO ADD - Ok. I made a test package with Alice 2.1.1.2 and tried it out. I zoomed in and out. Panned around and couldn't reproduce the black aura. The only difference is that the previous version had two packages and used the object catalog Prototype ID to make all the recolors show up together.

The earliest versions of Alice had a bug that caused shadows like that to appear. A fix was made and 2.1.1.2 won't cause that shadowing. Merging your two .packages onto a single catalog entry should be fine. |
