I've had this problem. Solved it by: Moving sims 4 studio folder to desktop, name it something else. Download Sims 4 studio again I downloaded via zip, extracted zip, pasted it in my program files where the other one was. Removed all my shortcuts and pinned s4s exe and replaced them with the new ones. Opened s4 studio, chose my blender path again (now 4.2) Saved closed it opened it again and chose create new mesh Exported the mesh, opened the mesh in blender, sims 4 mesh tools appeared in my addon installation preferences and worked. Don't know which of these steps may have been unnecessary but it works now:)

Thank you Mauvemorn, yes I think i tried those three steps first and it failed but the reason was because I think i may have exported a standalone instead of a created mesh and I thought it was the same thing

Thank you Mauvemorn, yes I think i tried those three steps first and it failed but the reason was because I think i may have exported a standalone instead of a created mesh and I thought it was the same thing If you mean Create CAS stadalone and Create 3d mesh, they are the same thing. The only reason for blender not having s4studio mesh tools is that s4s didnt put the plugin in the correct location. The cause of this can be an unsupported version of blender, incorrect path or these programs being installed in protected locations and having no ability to put or receive files. If im not mistaken, you had a different version of blender before, so the path may have led to it instead
