Yeah, adding the skin "imperfections" made it look more realistic. Couldn't you have reached the same result with bump mapping?
This doesn't look like a sims avatar anymore :p did you scultpt it yourself or extracted from another game ? Or it IS a sim's one that you modified a lot ^^ Really impressive work by the way

Yes. I create clothing custom content for the sims 4. But am not very good since i still struggle a lot with texturing in photoshop. But hopefully, i will get better in the future if i keep trying.
