thank you Midnightpearl and ajoya There is some of my creations of february: but i need help with my last one. i made this as you can see i made (idk the english word) a kind of underskirt with transparency and all was fine until i try to import the mesh in the LODS 3 and 4. They both dont have the 2nd geometry so they cannot have the underskirt. My question is how can i had the 2 missing geometry or (for an other creation) how can i had new geometry (the legs) to an existing dress? i found a mesh where i can replace the low part by the legs but i would like to do it without losing that lower part. Any advise is welcome

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I'm wondering if the method discussed in this tutorial by MisterS might not be of interest to you: www.sims4studio.com/thread/566/shorten-mesh-blenderAlso, LOD 3 and LOD 4 are not clearly seen by the player in the game. It may be the case that your garment would be just fine without the underskirt. Have you tried putting it in the game as-is and zooming way out to see if it looks ok to you? I know there are a lot of creators who aren't really bothering much with these two LODs because in the game no one can really see them very well anyway. EA's own LOD 3 and LOD 4 are often of very poor quality but this isn't noticeable in the game at all.

yeah i know that it's not easy to understand what i mean because i talk like a spanish cow ( sorry for the cows ) So i will try without underskirt in LOD2 and 3 but i'm pretty sure that it will work fine. And yes the tutorial is exactly what i needed thank you so much. All i was abble to do until now was replace the s4 studio mesh1 by importing a new one in S4 studio so 1 part of the original mesh was lost my rookie method my rookie method

Excellent...I thought this tutorial would be what's wanted And you write English very well...far better than I can write Spanish.
