Hello there, This looks like a conversion from TS3 to TS4 with some cut numbers issues (they really loved to separate this damn finger in TS3) This tutorial will give you informations about cut numbers. The mesh from the Sims 4 you extracted has specific cut numbers. Studio will expect them when you reimport the meshes back. If they are missing, studio will display no mesh for the corresponding cut number. So you need to set the correct cut numbers for the different groups of your mesh in Blender.

hi! i would clone another item as a base. Remember to export that said item to check their original groups and cut numbers.

hi! Have you followed any specific tutorial? I'm not sure, but why did you deleted the body parts inside the rig? You should not be deleting any of that, there's no point. Also you have 3 different groups with the same exact cut number. S4S will only import one cut number. So if you have 3 groups that have the same one, only one will get imported.
Again, re clone a dress, export its mesh and study the groups and each cut number. Your mesh must match exactly, not one group more not one group less.

i'm sorry but the tutorial you linked there is only for creation of the clothing, not the steps that follow. Unfortunately i can't find any tutorial that explains that.. that is specifically for clothing so that you don't get confused. There's for accessory, that is the same steps.. so you can check it out here. Just for the sake of learning how to work with cut numbers. Only up to step 11. As for the rest, you can watch this video tutorial. Explains how to append your mesh (only clothing part), delete parts of the original body and join them. before the last step, that is join, you must do weight transfer , vertex paint and uv_1 for sliders.

hi! I'm not sure what you did here. The UVs are mixed up, uv_0 should be before uv_1. That's why it's showing half and half. I don't know how to re arrange those two things, i think you have to delete the uv_1 to make the 0 go up, and re do the uv_1 again. Sorry, can't help further more here. As for the shadows, looking great! to fix the shadows on the edges of the dress follow this tutorial.
