I'm merging this threads together since you asked twice the same thing within 30 minutes. If nobody has answered it is likely that they don't know the answer.
In this case, it seems that the problem is not with Studio or Sims 4 at all. Therefore, we can't really help you. I don't think most people here knows exactly how to rip hairs from Yandere Simulator specifically. If you know that blog make it happen but they won't answer is not really our fault...
We do not have support for other programs that is not Studio.

Hello thompo . If you managed to rip the model you need to figure out how to import in Noesis and export from Noesis to Blender. Mot sure what Unity has to do with hair meshes, it's for creating games not meshes. You don't need it. If you get an error in Noesis then you need to check for answer Noesis forum if there is any. If you don't see anything when you import in Noesis there can be a problem with rip, in this case you need to search for an answer on the forum of program that you ripped your models with. Sometimes you need to try different settings depends on the game and DirectX. It can be a very long process of trial and error since ripped models vary from game to game. I managed to rip sims face from CAS and then spent over 4 hours searching and trying different settings to get correct uv map. What works for one game will not work for another. So... just keep trying.

thompo please don't call thread titles "Please help me!" or similar. A lot of ppl dont look at threads unless it is clear what you are asking.
