Have you got any scripts in the game, I deleted all mine after I installed the patch and its fine

when in doubt, move your mods folders outside to the desktop and load your game clean. if you're still having issues, try right clicking the game on origin and using the repair option. always back up your saves before this.

There's a post on tumblr telling which script files are not working and which ones are, if you have any of the ones that aren't working try removing them. HERE

Thank you so much For answers. Actually I dont have any scripts in my game. Only one thing solved This problem and I write here in case somebody might have same issue
1. Move the whole TS4 folder out to Documents or desktop. 2. Delete the TS4 folder in the Electronic Arts folder if it's still there. Get into the game and play for a bit and then exit. 3. You will see a new TS4 folder in your Documents > Electronic Arts folder. 4. Copy all the Saves, Tray, etc files back to the new respective folders in the new TS4 folder and start the game again.
