Hey guys! I've recently made a tank top (only texture) and while I did blank everything (Thank God Studio has added that "make blank" button and this time it didn't mess it up! :p) Anyways it seems to leave a weird shine on hair...both EA hair,cc hair, and hair that I have created.Notice the little white spots on the hair? This appears on the sim's hair everytime I select this top.Do you have any idea how to fix this? Here's a picture. ~Thanks!~

hi! What version of s4s are you using? If you're using an older version, please install the newest one.
What i don't really understand is... did you clone this top from a dress? that's what i'm reading on the warehouse. And if you cloned it using the "3d mesh" option.. there should be a bump map & specular present in the package. Which there isn't. I would re clone a top, and import your textures again.

inabadromance I'm using Harmony 3.0.0.8 however this was made a while ago before the toddlers patch. Yes this is separated from a Dine Out dress but I used only the texture of this as the mesh had issues I don't know how to fix.

I suggest re cloning the item. In my opinion you shouldn't use a package of a dress for a top. But the other way around. If you want the top of the dress, you need to clone a top and import the edited top mesh.

I cloned this over a bra that uses only texture, as the separated mesh had some weight issues inabadromance

Bras don't have a mesh, they are painted on the skin. Use another top instead. If you can include the issues you're having (picture) that would help. i don't understand what problem you have with your mesh.

Yes you see the original dress had way more GEOM's than 3 or as many as a usual dress has.It was a little confusing. This is what the mesh-version looked like: inabadromance

That's why i'm telling you that is not wise to import tops into a dress package. it's the other way around. You clone a top, you export it's mesh and modify your dress to match that top.
