I've exported a model out of Yandere Simulator together with the texture, I've imported the model onto an existing Sims 4 object and did the process. The model shows up but I have issues with the uv and the texture. Here's the link to the .blend file : ( link )

Hi. Can you also post the .package? The few issues I spoted in the blend file is that you have 2 different UV maps. The uv 0 is wrong as it's a single point in a corner. The uv_1 it's mapped correctly. Objects needs only 1 uv map (or 2 that are equally, but Studio manages that already). So you must delete the uv_0 and rename the uv_1 to uv_0.
