That's me! I had no idea it would do this because it didn't happen in my game :( Can you tell me how you fixed it, annachibi? Or perhaps I could just clone one of your bed frames instead?

This problem was fixed by removing the low LOD mattress (or the frame depending on which final object was wanted in the game) from the original file. What happens when you leave that in, using this method, is that people with low graphics settings will always see the complete mattress/frame mesh left behind in the low LODs because their computer only shows them what is in the low LODs.
If you were using a coffee table as your clone and swapped the table mesh out for a bed frame mesh this method will not work to fix your i tem. Instead you will need to replace the lower LOD meshes with your mesh in the same fashion that you replaced the high LOD mesh with your mesh.

ok! I thought I had replaced all the LODs, but I must not have. I think it's because I originally started using workshop to clone and recolor so I could get the hang of it and the objects I worked on originally only had two LODs so I didn't even look for a third when I made my bed frame. Thanks so much for all your help, OM, and especially for your Sofia mattress! I made 48 recolors of it yesterday and uploaded them! I'm loving this separate bed and mattress thing!

I have a problem with the mod.Almost everytime when I try to put a frame it says "Script call failed" and everytime I try to put the mmattress it says "Script call failed"

julyee, are you trying to use the Design Tool? If so, that is a problem all new objects/recolors have, so you will just have to buy a new one from build mode.

This is the best thing that ever happened to Sim Sleep!
Do you happen to know if anyone has uploaded the original separated mattresses from these bed frames anywhere? I thought I had them in my game, and I went to mix and match and use one of the EA ones on one of these great frames and I couldn't find it. I don't know if I'm remembering wrong or if one of the recolors I have is maybe an override or something.

Hey guys! I updated so everything can use the design tool, and added the footprint to the single mattress so Sims will no longer walk through it. Please re-download!
