Your mesh is too long, its over hanging the body. You need to use the knife tool and make a straight edge around the bottom of your garment and select all the faces underneath it Then delete them You then clone out the nude top and append it into blender and use part of it replace the body mesh you just deleted Sing out if you need more info

hi! I downloaded your blend file, and it doesn't really look like the one misterS shared. It looks pretty weird, not only for the green skin but the groups you have on your blend. This doesn't affect really how it displays in-game but i'm always in for having the screen clean with all the proper groups and names so it's more organized and easy to spot issues. Linking the pic so others can see it too. First, the UVs are wrong. There should be only uv_0 and uv_1. UV_0 messed up the body (skin) uv. If you don't want to re do the uvmap of the shirt, what i suggest is disabling "limited dissolved" (as pointed here), hover your mouse over the skin portions of the body and press L each time to select each chunk of their mesh. Press P/selection to separate the body into another group. Click on this new group, and delete the top UV. On your other remaining group, delete uv_0 and rename the top uv for uv_0. Then, click on one of the two groups, and shift click on the remaining group. Press J to join. If you don't want to do all that, then delete the skin parts and append a new nude top. You'll have to RENAME your shirt's UV so that it matches the uv_0, if not they will not join properly.
