I made a cropped hoodie and as always I failed at the weights.. While bump maps, shadows etc. aren't done yet, can someone tell me how to fix that floating thing around her arm? It's killing me ;--; (Mesh+Package here)

Remember that your mesh must match exactly the number of groups and cut numbers that the original EA clone has.

Can you share the original blend? I can't really see anything "weird" but you have two set of hands. When a mesh has this many amount of groups, i would rather joined everything together (fix the hands first) and import the blend onto another top that has only one group.

Again, the mesh is divided differently in your blend in comparison to the original one. This might get the issues you're experiencing. I stand by the recommendation i did earlier. Just to give an example, take a look at the group 3 in both of the meshes.
