This is caused by the wrong size of the image. Your game is not able to find the diffuse image you imported and is displaying a generic unknown image (? simbol).
You need to resize your images to match EA's standars. Which are powers of 2^n. This means that your images must be 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024, or a combination of those as you like. 256x512, 512x1024, and so on.
