Hi I converted a clothes using Sims4Studio, It works fine in my CAS and game. But one player is having the issue in picture below after putting my cc in game . The issue still remains after she/he removed everything and only left my cc in mods folder. I wonder what the possible causes might be, and how to fix it at my side. Any thought is appreciated, thanks. ![](http://i63.tinypic.com/2z8qeu0.jpg)

hi! Welcome to the forum! By only looking at the picture, the item is missing the mesh and textures. Meaning that it is required the original object you cloned for your item to be correctly displayed. What did you clone as a base for your clothing?
Please share the package if you'd like someone to take a look at it.

I clicked create 3D mesh and chose the one shown below ![](http://i65.tinypic.com/24ng2t4.jpg) then I exported blend file, deleted EA mesh, replaced with new object and imported back. ![](http://i67.tinypic.com/154d5qa.jpg) Is it because the player doesn't have get to work expansion and my clothes does require the mesh from get to work? If so, is there a way that I can fix this? Thank you inabadromance file link: simfileshare.net/download/236457/

Yes, your mesh requires get to work. And no, there's no way to make that base game compatible. Does your outfit shine or glow? You can clone a base game outfit instead.

That answerd my question. Thanks for your help inabadromance. To answer your question, I removed specular and emission texture so it's not shine/glow in game.
