So I've been working a mesh for a while, and for some reason, while it looks one way in Sims 4 Studios. When I load up the Sims 4 it looks completely different. Here's a comparison of what I see in the program and in the game. (Sorry for the creepy head. Still a WIP) Nothing was changed in Studio before starting the main game, yet the position of the cat is significantly different. What's causing it, and how do I fix it so that it appears the same in both Studio and TS4 For the record I have this as a Hat mesh.

Okay, managed to make some more progress on it and tried the Tutorial, and it still had some... interesting problems. For one the Hat Size was linked to the Breast Slider, when I adjusted the Breasts on the sim the head got bigger and smaller accordingly O_o Also when I look at the mesh in the game, the Sims head and the Hat don't move in sync. This is one of my first things I'm not an expert on this by any means. here are the files www.mediafire.com/file/ww4frbwwbj0ecrb/Cat.blendwww.mediafire.com/file/378wrsyf17tytd7/Mae.package

Okay I fixed THAT problem. I didn't assign it to the right bone. I needed to set the weight to the head and assign that.
