I weight painted my jacket very smoothly and checked the rig and it looks awesome with no problems, in Blender. However I noticed that whenever I import my meshes into Sims4Studio, the weight painting change! It turns from smooth and nice to basically a mess... How can I prevent my weight painting from changing when imported into Sims4Studio?

Hi! What version of blender are you using for the weight transfer? I suggest using 2.70. Most of the vertices on your pre-import version have more than 4 bones per vertice (there's 6 bones on yours). The game can only read 4 so those extra bones aren't going to import.
I can suggest you:
- Either change the version of blender. - or change to weight paint mode, select the "limit total" option and pick 4.

Check the UV_1 and vertex paint.

I'm not really seeing any issues with weights or uv_1 at first glance. Not sure why part of the skirt's vertex paint is yellow... but you can pick the correct shade of green by entering any of the leg's vertex paint and then clicking the color bar to pick the eye dropper. After this, head over to the skirt's mesh group and into vertex paint mode to pick from the bottom down menu the "paint" and "set vertex paint" option.
Also, your skirt mesh group is missing the legs geometry. There's nothing inside the skirt, so it's going to look really odd when sitting i believe.
