Male switch appearing on female CAS (Tattoo) {SOLVED}

Hi, I'm doing some tattoos and I found out that some of them had to be changed to fit better the male template and to make it simpler I added a switch with the male version and ticked it to be male only on the Categories section, however in the game the male version also appears on female CAS, is there a solution for this? I can upload the .package if needed, Thanks in advance.
