The Batch Fix is my favorite feature of S4S, but I cannot find an option to untag the Situation thing, which is rampant in my CC folder and generate strange combos like below, even though these accessories have been all disallowed for random. A little background info: this is one of my premade sims, he does not have an outfit like this in CAS, he barged in the kids bathroom, took a bath and got out, totally uninvited. I really appreciate his talent for matching unexpected pieces and dramatic entrance but I would like to take back the town's narrative (Bonus: Count Vlad showing off his Alibaba's heritage). Thank you so much.

Sorry I'm pretty noob at this sims modding stuff 2 days into it. "because I believe that the for situation clothing Generator is broken - but lots of downloaded CC has the "situation box" tagged which makes it even worse." That doesn't explain what a situation generator is, what sort of situations are we talking? Sims dying, sims getting upset?

"because I believe that the for situation clothing Generator is broken - but lots of downloaded CC has the "situation box" tagged which makes it even worse." That doesn't explain what a situation generator is, what sort of situations are we talking? Sims dying, sims getting upset? Sims typically die and experience emotions in the same outfits. A situation in the Sims 4 is like a job (mailcarrier, repair service, &c) or an event (a party or date). There are also specific NPCs like the homeless townies that sleep in the park that are always in "situations". There is a batch fix for stopping NPCs from randomly wearing CC all together, but there's a current bug so situation NPCs will still show up oddly dressed in EA clothing.

I don't know what the situation generation does or does not do or did do or didn't do, or what its meant to do, or not meant to do I don't actually play the game very often. However with the powers entrusted to me I will endeavor to find out what is broken, or not, which ever the case maybe.

Are you serious? My post says it pretty clear what it is about. "Due to the very annoying bug where all NPC's run around in the most "ridiculous messed-up outfits"I would like to have a batch fix for all CAS CC content to untagg the "situation" box all at once to at least minimize that problem. Clearly, the NPC's are walking around with messed up clothing is caused by the "broken" Game Situation Generator who is responsible for the way NPC Sims dress. Don't you have walk-by Sims in your game who wear the oddest clothing? Yes I'm completely serious that tells me the outfits are messed up by the situation generator but not what situations are, never mind someone else answered the question I asked.

We'll look into the situation situation ( ), although if the game itself has a bug with random generation of NPC Sim outfits, there won't be much that can be done from the modding side of things.

lemememeringue orangemittens teztez @wj MisterS Thank you for your attention to the matter. The situations I have encountered the most are accessories overload on tourists and walking vampires even though they are not enabled for random. With newly downloaded CC, I have learned the lesson and now patiently uncheck the Situation Box for nearly every piece. For the old CC, I kinda focus on super-annoying ones like hair accessories floating over tourists head or necklaces overlapping clothing...Due to my greedy and compulsive CC addiction which led to the massive amount in my Mod folder, I can only go through them slowly whenever I catch them in action. But batch fix would be the holy savior for sore fingers from all those clicks, words cannot express how grateful I am for the magical power of the Random Batch Fix that S4S gave us, now I just want the same thing with this Situation thing, not necessarily fixing the EA situation generator (and that weird gloves fetish) if that is too complicated. P.S: Someone requested MC Command Center to add the Remove All Accessories button to MC Dresser of the current version 3.8.0, in addition to the ability to re-roll the parts in that outfit category which really helps to alleviate the situation, but this is only a case-to-case fix.

I can't believe this is still a problem in 2022! Walk-by sims are still over loaded with accessories, even sims I have played show up with random horrible situation outfits. It would be great to get a batch fix to un-tag situation outfit type from all cc because it seems like the actual bug is never getting fixed by developers (sigh).
