How possible is a burgle mod?

I sorta miss the cfrom previous sims and was wondering if there was a way to incorporate the thief trait and vampire stalking into some workable sims 4 burglar mod? I think if it were simple yet fun enough it would be a big hit ive seen recent inquiries about burglars and a lot of people claim to miss them.
