I have the same problem. the altered rigs in workshop are opposite what they are in blender. I have no idea how to fix it or even how to apply a mesh to the bones with them going the wrong way. its going to make it difficult to animate in blender if everything is upside down and backwords. I had to use negatives in workshop when placing bones to get them to the right location, but according to the math it should have been positives. I hope you get an answer my project is also waiting for info on what to do.
