Any way to make a pose without creating a pose pack?

So I have a little thing where I'm doing pose requests for other people. The issue is that I have to make a new pose pack for every single pose I create, causing the pose player menu to clutter up veeery quickly. Now I can't pack all requested poses into one pose pack because then people would get poses that they didn't request and have no interest in. Instead I would like the pose to be only available through the pose by name function, which should be good enough as it's mostly single poses or up to 3 poses. Is there any way to do that?
