Newcrest or Windenburg map winter recolor

I'd really REALLY loved to get one of those map override mod to snowy, I use Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade and Oasis Spring recolors mods and I'm surprised there's no more, my dream is to get one map recolored into ever winter land.
