So, last night I found an 8K Sims hair conversion I wanted to try out in my game. The textures were a bit... off? But I figured I could just run my own hair actions for personal use. But now that I am testing the hair in S4S and in game, even my textures are coming out weird and dark. Am I doing something wrong, or could it be something up with the mesh? Here is the mesh: mysims4blog.blogspot.com.au/2014/10/helena-8ksims-hair-for-males-by-buhudain.htmlUpdate: Here is a screenshot of the hair recolours in S4S

Updated with screenshot. I was having some weird issues earlier with image hosting.

can you give us the package file you are currently working with? the link you gave us went to the actual hair mesh. you can post package files using hosts like simfileshare, onedrive, dropbox, etc.

Sorry for the delay. I had to create a new account for SFS and wait for a redemption code Here is a link to the original hair conversion I am trying to recolour: www.simfileshare.net/download/440021/I have tried doing the glass shader batch fix in S4S, but it hasn't changed anything. The textures are still coming out dull/dark.

i inspected the package and the geometry didn't look right. in the warehouse tab, if you were to see, every geometry was kind of grayed out. i don't really know what that means but they're supposed to be pure white and pue black. i just exported the mesh and reimported it after deleting the materials and that seemed to solve the problem. you'll also have to do this for every LOD
