If you added the new ability for there to be an extra geometry you can add another mesh in your blender file. I opened it from the package and it still says there are only six. Can you tell the steps in order which you did it?

Opened package and went to the warehouse tab. Clicked on the one that had the appended mesh (also was the biggest file as mentioned in the tutorial) Pressed duplicate and changed the group number to have the last number as 1. Selected Region map and then Edit Items. Selected HairHatB (first option listed) since i didn't have type:0 like in the tutorial, and then edit items. Selected the code number referring to the geometry I duplicated, clicked on copy and changed the group number to the same as the one I changed the last number to 1. Saved both windows. Clicked on the CAS Part and scrolled down to the lods line and clicked on edit items. Selected Level:0 and then edit items on Lodmodels line. Selected the line that had the same group number of the geometry that I duplicated, copied it and the changed its group number to the same as the other one. Saved window twice. Went to the meshes tab. Imported my blend file, saved and tested it in game with no change. Basically literally everything exactly the same as the tutorial except for the type:0 and I just chose hairhatb cause it was listed first. Though I don't think that would change if the mesh showed up but I can try every option if I need to. Only if that's what you recommend I don't know if I should just delete the geometry or how to back track. hqYU

And I just did what u said u did and yah that is weird, it changed the mesh. It looks like mesh 2 was randomly joined with mesh 7 (the one that has the hair I appended) and now their are only 6. hqYU

Try something other than Hair Hat B. Once you try all of them tell which ones made differences and which ones didn't.

Ok but how do I go back and try those. Do I delete the geometry I created and do every step again or how do I back track. hqYUAlso don't those options just change how the hair looks with a hat?

you don't have to delete the new geometry you created. just go into region maps and edit where it is. it just says that this cut will only appear on either one of the hat chops or on the main mesh.

Ok I have tried a couple times to change it and every time I look in game the same meshes are being used, so then I go into s4studio and it won't change from hairhatb?
I click region map, edit items, hairhatd, edit items, click on the geometry group that i used originally, change the last number to 1, save, save, import mesh, save package.
Not working?

Hi I am still stuck. I cannot change the hairhatb? Anything I do it just still saves as hairhatb even if I choose another option. annabluu
