ok I started again from scratch, and this time it went through fine, go figure :/ I had gotten the all white mannequin twice when I just gave up, must have been some weird glitch/bug or something. All is well now though.
I am having the same problem as tntterry. this is my first try at it. i am using ms paint
Hi Rustyangelz, did you import your texture file into the right slot? For a simple recolor, you only need to export/import the Diffuse file, you probably imported your texture into the Shadow, specular, normal or emission part of the texture tab which created this problem. I hope this helps

When I save as from photoshop, a box never appears that lets me change the different options so whenever I import it to s4s the sims body is the solid color of the hair. I used an action from wms. I’m not sure if it doesn’t show up because I’m using Mac or what’s going on. Love the tutorial by the way!

Hi tuttygamer8, can you say which step of the tutorial you're on? It sounds like maybe your clone list isn't showing up, but I cannot be sure from your description.

Here you go.. Even when I use the drop down menus to sort nothing comes up. ALSO, there's a patch I have that never ends (off-topic, sorry.) Seems like I can still use it but the patch runs in the background and won't send, wondering if that may be the problem.
