Mod Request: Come and Get It table fix

I've been trying to find a fix for this for a while now, but basically the Come and Get it Street table from city living (and the painting one who's name I forget at the moment) have had this glitch where nobody will buy anything from it. I'm pretty sure it broke in the Cats and Dogs patch. EA claims they're looking into it, but in the meantime, if a modder wants to try and tackle the problem, I'd be pretty grateful - there's a bunch of families I have on hold as this is basically their main source of income. Thanks!
