First of all, it looks good in general. The top itself looks pretty good, although I would edit the "buttons" a bit- Maybe make them a bit smaller and make them look like the buttons The Puppet wears (but that's just a personal opinion). As for the mask- I would suggest look at some cosplayers (like for example this one- it shows how big is the Puppet's mouth and eyes compared to the human ones) and inspire the mask on their makeup instead of the actual images of the character. That's, of course, if you are looking to base the makeup/mask on the actual character- If you are looking for a human version then I think it looks good as it is right now c: |

I would suggest using very dark and very light shades of grey for the clothing. Using 100% black and 100% white makes the clothing seem very flat. In the real world there would be highlights and shadows.
