Beginner Blending (CAS) Step ONE Help! [SOLVED]

Okay everybody. Im gunna do it! I'm gunna create a hair mesh from scratch!

But theres one problem.

How on earth do you get the default Sims4 Model into blender? Ive looked at all these beginner tuts and theres not one mention of how to get that plain jane mannequin in there!

you'd think maybe I was blind and didnt see it? No idea guys, I know this is probably a bad thread question.

Heres what I have done:
-I read the orangemittens post back in 2014 about the making a new mesh with an accessory.
- Read all the related(?) cas tuts on this thread.


But my problem, Is that when I try to export a base game hair from s4s, the s4s program sends me to my EA mods folder, and im not trying to recolor.

so I cant export it to blender.... so Im wondering how I can get the S4 Model into blender without having to export an item from s4s

Please refer to pictures below

I open create a mesh in s4s for the selected hairdo
When I click next for the export menu, it sends me to my cc folder instead

also, I didnt search up anything in the cc folder, it automatically did that aswell. Just to be clear.
