I'm trying to make a hair (*trying*) and whatever, anyway when I import there are triangles all over it. I've seen this issue before but I never knew the fix and searching the forum didn't help. I've tried to triangulate and then import but it's the same result. Also ignore the unfinished hat chops. blend - simfileshare.net/filedetails/507599/package - simfileshare.net/filedetails/507600/Thanks. EDIT- to fix just follow a fixing alpha issues tutorial (fix alpha order)

try cloning a new package and importing it as a tri mesh. also, i noticed that your mesh's normals in the blend u linked are inverted. with alpha hairs, this triangle problem usually only pops up when you import into studio as a quad mesh when it has both front and back faces. idk why it's happening in studio and when you only have one face bc usually the problem only shows up in game.

It's weird cus I flipped the normals again and they're fine in blender, but ingame they're flipped lol. forgot to simglass it I'll try cloning it again And p.s the alpha is showing in s4studio because i edited the s4studio skin and just deleted the block of colour at the top.

I just tried duplicating it and flipping the normal so each hair card is double sided but that doesn't fix it :s

if you're going to create backfaces for the hair you'd have to make them a certain way with milkshape. look at this tutorial and start reading at step 9.

Idk what else to do other than to clone a new empty package and create a new blend file with the mesh converted to triangles.

Ehy! I know this is solved but I am following it now and I can't do step 10 - armature. Maybe that is why I still have triangles in game render? Thnx for help ibb.co/hdD8Wzp

triangle in game are either due to backfaces not being put on correctly or you imported them into blender as quads instead of tris. i'll need you to share your blend and package file for more details.
