Hi there. I'm having a problem with importing shadows into Studio. I edit my mesh in blender, then import each LOD and that's fine but I don't know how to do the shadow part. I read somewhere to just change the cut numbers to 0 and then import that for the shadow but when I do the shadow falls flat, if that makes sense. It's not a problem in game but I'd like to do it the correct way.
Thanks.
Sorry I should of added it's for an object not CAS item.

I followed the tutorial step by step but it still does the same. I edited a double bed, just the frame of the bed, everything works fine except I can't get the shadow LOD to import. It has two. The high LOD imports but the mattress is gone and the low LOD 01 just shows up as blank.

I've never looked inside a bed but when my meshes show up odd it's because of a cut or name problem, usually the cut number. Also did you join your mattress and base together before trying to import as a shadow?

I figured it out. I joined the mattress to the bed frame which in my case was cut 0 and then i had to remove all the vertex groups assigned to the mattress cause it kept telling me that group 0 has vertex groups assigned to it that are not part of the mesh group lol. At least I hope i did it right. It's showing as a shadow now. Thanks for your help. I'm going to test it in game now.
