*Modding Request* tank top accessory/undershirt

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could convert this tank top from the Backyard Stuff add-on to an accessory/undershirt so I could add a shirt over it? There are other undershirt/accessory tank tops, but I couldn't find one for this specific one.
